John Ashcraft, the founder of Emergency Resources, is a certified Emergency Medical Dispatch trainer with more than 30 years of EMT and Fire & Rescue experience. for more than 30 years, and currently trains dispatchers across the United States.  John obtained promotions of Firefighter, C.P.R. Instructor, Medical Technician, Hazardous Materials Technician, Driver Engineer, and Lieutenant, Technical Rescue Team, Captain and Acting Battalion Chief.
